A collection of recipes entitled "Bicentennial Bounty" by the First Presbyterian Church in Potsdam, NY. First few pages include a brief history of the church from 1811-2011, a short introduction entitled "Food and Fellowship," and acknowledgements to the members of the bicentennial cookbook committee. All recipes are attributed to local community members, and each section of recipes has a corresponding verse from the Bible and a blurb about the importance of that food to the First Presbyterian Church.
