Soft covered, spiral bound cookbook entitled "McCarthy's Restaurant Recipes" compiled by the Friends of the Canton Free Library. Book contains the history of McCarthy's Restaurant in Canton, NY, written memories of the restaurant, and recipes. Book is dedicated to Phyllis and Ted Lawrence of Canton. Some reminiscences are by members of the Theobald family. Includes photos of the interior and exterior of the restaurant.
