Includes ownership by Darwin Millington, Ira Menard, J. Burley, A. Barry. Papers on the declaration of Sarah Minard, insane. Cond: Slightly soiled cover, tears on cover. 2023 Update: Paper is signed by Jacksonville, IL Superintendent McFarland in Lieu of Sarah Minard due to her being locked up.
