August 8, 1952 Dear Mr. Davis: Thank you for your note of August 4 and the congratulations on my new post. It was thoughtful of you to write and i appreciate it. It was also kind of you to renew your invitation to address the Executives Club. Mush as i should like to visit your distinguished organization. I fear it will not be possible to fit it in this fall. i am deeplpy involved in learning my way around the Remington organization and expect that it will be some time before I can break away.
