Scrapbook - on cover: F. H. Bowman and Zabriskie, Dealers in Hardware, Iron, Nails, Stoves (1871). Handwritten - clippings and pictures about St. Charles History. Late 19th century. In ink on back page: J. H. Carver - Denison - Crawford Co. in Iowa. Scrapbook is 12 x 7 1/2 in size, and also includes advertising bills. Condition could be better, as back cover is missing and pages are coming out. Scrapbook was given by Mrs. Fred Warner of St. Charles, IL. in August, 1977
