Description

White helmet with visor. Gold eagle with swastika and leather half band. Given by Quinto Leonardi. This was a German officer's (Judge Advocates') helmet at Neurenberg. World War II. Inside printed: Robert Lubstein; Berlin, NW21; Alt. Moabit 105 Edit, EK, 2023: Contacted Dr. Mark Felton FRHistS, FRSA in England about helmet. He responded it was a: "White Traffic Police shako (Verkehrspolizei). These are quite rare. One was sold for $6,200 in 2019"
