2.75" x 5 1/8" promotional gift from St. Charles Savings & Loan Association, 24 S. Second St. in St. Charles. The blue card in a plastic sleeve has a bank advertisement on the back, with instructions on how to place the product in a candleholder to allow candles to stand p straight. Front of card is attached to foam circles.
