2023 Juneteenth Parade

In this lively scene, a group of people, including two children and two adults, are gathered on a sidewalk near residential houses; one adult is seated in a blue folding chair while the other stands wearing a blue T-shirt and cap, holding a plastic bag, engaging with the children in bright clothing, who are attentively looking at something in their hands; amidst this interaction, there is a visible yellow sign planted in the grass which announces a Juneteenth event in Saint Joseph featuring a parade, vendors, and various activities, contributing to the festive and community-focused atmosphere of the neighborhood on a sunny day.
