In the image, a group of individuals is seen waving and smiling from inside a vibrant blue vehicle as it moves along a residential street lined with houses and greenery. The front passenger window is open, capturing the cheerful expressions of a woman wearing glasses and a man beside her, both engaging with spectators or onlookers. A child can also be spotted waving from the back seat. Adorning the side of the vehicle is a banner displaying the words "SAINT JOSEPH HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION" with "EST. 2018," framed by a leafy green wreath, which suggests the vehicle is participating in a parade or community event related to human rights advocacy.
