Archaeological survey form for 23JA464. Compiled by Jim Feagins on June 28, 1994 for the Missouri Archaeological Society at the University of Missouri - Columbia. Site is also known as the Seymore site. The site is located on a stream terrace by an unnamed creek that flows into the Blue Branch and is part of the Sni-A-Bar Creek drainage. Both prehistoric and historic cultural materials were found at the site. Historic house at the location was owned b y W.A. Seymore as shown on the historic atlas of 1877. 115 artifacts were found at the site and are housed at the SJM.
