Context

Archaeological survey form for 23JA464. Compiled by Jim Feagins on June 28, 1994 for the Missouri Archaeological Society at the University of Missouri - Columbia. Site is also known as the Seymore site. The site is located on a stream terrace by an unnamed creek that flows into the Blue Branch and is part of the Sni-A-Bar Creek drainage. Both prehistoric and historic cultural materials were found at the site. Historic house at the location was owned b y W.A. Seymore as shown on the historic atlas of 1877. 115 artifacts were found at the site and are housed at the SJM. The scans need to be redone as this PDF contains several accessioned entries together. They need to be separated. PDF for this entry begins on page 87 of the PDF
