Conditions Governing The Sale Of Open Space Advertising To Local Retail Store Advertisers In The St. Joseph News-Press And Gazette, 1932. This booklet has the rates for retail store advertising effective September 1, 1932.
All regular display space used morning, afternoon or Sunday will be combined to make rate. Space may be used on such days and in such manner as the advertiser may designate; the only determining factor for the rate being the total space used during each calendar month.
