Before Urban Renewal, 8th & Felix was a very busy intersection
Very few, if any, of the buildings in this photo still exist
A huge multi level parking garage consumed 8th to 9th street
The parking garage was razed in 2016 as shown in photo #3
The hospital is building a new parking structure & stores here
