Abstract of Title for the McDonald Building is a photocopy of the original made before the St. Joseph Museum sold the property to Ed and Linda Hood in 2004. For a number of years, the site had been the offices for Doctors Wallace and Wilbur McDonald. Upon Dr. Wallace McDonald's retirement in 2001, he donated the building to the St. Joseph Museum. Until 2004, the building served as the administrative and research center for the Museum.
Property is on northeast corner of 8th and Jules, Lot 1, Block 20 in Smith's Addition.
