Abstracts of Title: Home Oil & Gas Corporation, Fowler Addition, 9th & Atchison Streets, Lots 1-6, 16, 19, & 20, 1958. Garage & Lots. Fowler's Addition was bounded by 8th & 11th Streets, and Belle & Atchison Streets. 96 pages. This property eventually was sold to St. Joseph Structural Steel.
Includes will of John Patee and subsequent partition of land to his grandchildren as they reached age 21.
The first owner of the property was Jobe McNamee. In 1879, the land was leased for the purpose of Exposition and Fairgrounds by the St. Joseph Exposition Association.
The property was once owned by William Fowler and Benjamin Loan was to have been administrator of Fowler's estate, except that Loan also died before the estate was probated.
The will of Louise Fowler is included who bequeathed her property to her sister, Julia Guthrie, and Julia's children. Includes will of Gilbert Guthrie.
J.L. Hager sold the property to Home Oil. Home Oil Articles of Incorporation as included.
