Two copies of a letter from Ann Signoracci, St. Joseph State Hospital Advisory Board to Keith Schafer, Ed.D. Director of Mental Health. It is dated March 3, 1992

Context

The letter is in regard to the State Hospital's Psychiatric Museum. Ms Signoracci and the members of the board are concerned about the future of the museum in light of the hospitals conversion plan. She asks that all possible efforts be made to relocate the museum in the most appropriate setting to allow for growth and best insure the museum's future.
