First page of Abstract states " Dedication of South St. Joseph block 60 - 84. J. C. Hedenberg's Title Abstracts. The originating document was witnessed and sealed Oct. 25, 1858. The documents under J. C. Hedenberg continue until November 13, 1902 with a delinquent tax record.
On December 18, 1902, At. Joseph Abstract Company granted Harry H. Trice a warranty deed. The property changed hands several times throughout the years, until ultimately on September 11, 1923
