#1 - On this amount of Requisitions as made for Officers' Salaries - there is "unpaid" at this date for Sept. 1916 $920.83 and for October 1916 $ 987.50 = $1,908.33. If you add the last 2 months of this - Biennial Period - November and December at $987.50 each - or total of $1,975.00 it will make the total distribution of the Officers' Salaries for the Biennial = $23,126.98 = and lives our unused Balance of the $23,70.00 - appropriation of $573.02. Which - together with the Balance of the other appropriations will "Revert" - .
#2 - New Engine & Dynamo - The entire requisition for May 1916 is yet unpaid $6,000.00
