The second page is almost a duplicate except it includes June *65. *June of the previous year was used because annual reports are due before July 1st.
The remaining two pages, typed on onion skin paper, is a report written by Madine Buckey, Supervisor or Volunteer Services. She lists the items or services requested that volunteers responded in the past year. To fulfill these requests and more, she summarizes the 25 different types of services and 1500 garments provided for the patients. An average mailing of 600 piece of correspondence. Rewards for service ranging from 100 to 2800 hours were given to over 40 volunteers, 62 guided tours were held, and workshops were among the programs performed during this time period.Lexicon
