. . . . among other proceedings had and done at said meeting was the following:
Upon motion duly seconded the following resolutions or order was duly passed and adopted and spread upon the minutes recording the proceedings of said meeting aforesaid.
- a copy of the circuit court proceedings at the relation of the St. Joseph Water Company against the Board of Managers of the State Hospital. This was dated the 3rd day of Feb., 1921 and signed by Fred Hornkohl, Secretary of Board of Managers
- a full, true and complete copy of the court decree in these proceedings. It is certified by Emmet J. Crouse, Clerk of the Circuit Court and dated the 5th day of July, 1919.
- five pages of a copy of the appeal in the Supreme Court of Missouri. Respondent - State of Missouri at the Relation and to the use of St. Joseph Water Company v. Appellants (named Board of Managers). Signed by J. D. Allen, Clerk of the State Supreme Court at office in the City of Jefferson, this 2nd day of July. 1919Dimensions
