Albrecht Art Museum Proposal Correspondence, St. Joseph, 1979-1987. Files of Brunner & Brunner Architects. Project to design and build a new art Gallery or an addition to the present location. Contract was won by a Kansas City firm Duncan Architects. Later Brunner contracted with Duncan for Consulting Engineering Services.
Correspondence includes attempts by the Art Museum to obtain state land in St. Joseph as a site for the museum, including a news article "Albrecht Museum still hopes for a hunk of surplus state land.:
