The Cafe was located inside the Andrews Hotel.
The hotel began as the Otten's European Hotel.
Otten's European Hotel was known to be in operation in 1895.
It was located across the street from Union Depot.
In later years, it became the Union Depot Hotel & Cafe. It then became the Andrews Hotel and Andrews Cafe.
