Auxier, Thomas J. And Calis Promissory Note To Office Of E. M. Yates. August 7, 1876. One day after date we promise to pay $460 with interest of ten percent per annum from date and if the interest is not paid annually to become as principal and bear the same rate of interest as the principal.
In Buchanan County Probate Court April 3, 1877, $494.66 2/3 allowed on within note and interest at 10 percent from the date assigned to 5th class. Signed by H. Tutt, Judge.
