Ballard, William H. H. And Lucretia Sold to McLaughlin, Patrick L. And Ridenbaugh, William Land. The land was sold for the Sum of $600 the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of section 22 in township 58 of range 34 containing 40 acres. Also the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of section 22 in township 58 of range 34 containing 40 acres making altogether 80 acres of land and the same which was conveyed by Thomas Matthews and wife to Soloman J. Tyler by deed of April 30, 1852 and bequeathed by Soloman J. Tyler to his wife Lucretia by will probated in Andrew County, Missouri on the 5th day of September 1854. Dated June 19, 1855; recorded June 23, 1855.
