Barnes, Joseph B. Estate Credit Notice from Jesse Roach, 1847.
Jesse Roach Notice that he has given Joseph Barnes Estate all credits the Estate is Entitled.
Jesse Roach appeared before the Justice of the Peace and made oath in due form of law that he has given the estate of Joseph B. Barnes all the credits to which he is entitled and that the estate of Joseph Barns is indebted to the said Jesse Roach to the amount of $13.07 principal and $1.24 interest due upon two notes dated September 3, 1845. One for $4.00 and the other for $9.07. The Oath was signed April 8, 1847 by W. D. Barnett, J.P.
