Barada, Edmund Sale Of Real Estate will be sold on Tuesday, the 8th day of February 1853 at the court house door, in the town of St. Joseph the following described real estate, the north half of lot 4 in block 21 as known on the original platt of the town of St. Joseph, which said fractional lot is situated in the city of St. Joseph, and has a good store-house and other building thereon and is now under lease at the rate of $350 per year to expire the 1, of January, 1854. The purchaser will be entitled to rent from the time of purchase.
