Benight, Thaddous Estate To H. V. Somerville. November 14 and 26, 1849 Thaddous Benight owed H C. Somerville $10.90. In the Probate Court of Buchanan County November 5, 1851 $10.90 was allowed on the within demand and assigned to the fifth class. Somerville received on February 28, 1854 $10.90 on the principal and $1.40 interest. The receipt was signed by F. M. Wright agent for Somerville. R.P. Lutt, Clerk.
