Worksheet suggests photographer "Mitchell, Engraving by J.C. Buttre" although this is not seen on this photo.
The City Directory lists Dr. Bishop's office at 305 N. 3rd in 1902. Dr. Bishop was the target of a number of early complaints and most often accused of being a quack. Numerous news articles and advertisements indicate he used methods other physicians considered unorthodox at the time.
