Warranty Deed William Brennan and Elizabeth Brennan his wife of Dekalb County , Missouri parties of the first part, and John N. Armour, of DeKalb in the State of Missouri, party of the second part, in consideration of the sum of One Thousand and no/100 dollars to them paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged do by these present grant, bargain and sell, convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns the following described lots, tracts or parcels of land, lying being being and situate in the County of Dekalb and State of Missouri, to wit: All of Lots numbered 3 and 7 in Block no. 2 of Taylor's First Addition, known as Taylor's Addition to the town, now City of Maysville,
Said lots are subject to a certain school fund, mortgage a bond for $350 said mortgage is recorded in book no. 2 at page 216 recorder's office Dekalb County, Missouri; first party to pay all interest due on this day, and second party will pay all interest accruing hereafter; second part agrees to assume and pay said mortgage as part of the above consideration.
First parties will pay all taxes for 1909 and second party will assume and pay all other taxes as a further consideration.
William Brennan and Elizabeth Brennan, to be known to be the persons described in and who executed the foregoing instrument, and acknowledged that they executed the same as their free act and deed. In Testimony Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my official seal, at my office in Maysville, the day and year first above written.
