Jacob sold to Frank for the sum of $700 land lying in the County of Andrew, Missouri commencing at a point 7 and 75/100 chains West of the Southeast corner of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of section 22 of township 58 of range 34, thence South19and 9/100 chains, thence West 8 chains, thence South 19 and 78/100 chains, thence East 8 chains to the point of beginning and containing 15 and 87/100 acres. Excepting however a strip of land one rod wide on the South side tract reserved for a private road. Dated and recorded March 11, 1898.
