This grant by the duplicate receipt of the treasurer of the state of Missouri, deposited in the office of the Register Of Lands that John Brosi did on August 26, 1873 purchase land in Andrew County, Missouri the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of section 22, in township 58, of range 34 containing 40 acres at the price of $1.25 per acre and granted pre-emption rights approved September 4, 1874 for the sum of $50.
