Vol 1 P. 271A Catalog list from J.S. Julian to Harry George of small photographs of various Native peoples including all of their names. Goes with letter Vol. I, pg. 271C. Catalogue of Small plates of North American Indian @204 by one & 154 whole It lists various names and tribes such as Creek, Seminole, Ottawa, and Cherokee. Names like: "Oug-Pa-Stou-Ga" and "Au Oma Ka-Chief Ka-ma-Pi-ma - au ottawa Se-Loe-Ta- A Creek and so on . . . ." The document includes annotations with check marks and other symbols next to each name. It appears to be detailing individuals, tribes, or chiefs of specific Native American nations. The paper is yellowed and has a vintage look. The bottom of the page has the notation "over" suggesting additional information on the back side.
