The image shows a vintage Valentine’s card featuring a cartoon mouse with oversized ears wearing a small party hat, holding a large red heart at the center. The mouse is smiling and has a long, curly tail. Above it, in a playful, bold font, the text reads “YOU’RE THE CAT’S MEOW, VALENTINE.” Below, handwritten text says, “If someone who loves ‘mice’—don’t run when they get to neat screaming and climbing on the closest chair.” The background is a textured white surface, probably foam or similar material, enhancing the card's whimsical appeal. The overall tone is playful and affectionate, typical of vintage Valentine's Day greetings.
