Children's Art, Pony Express National Memorial Grand Opening Project, April, 1993. School children were invited to participate in an art exhibit with their drawings related to the Pony Express. Certain drawings received blue ribbons. Drawings included pen/pencil, crayon, and watercolor efforts.
The names of the artist and school are attached to each drawing that was displayed by placing it on a black construction paper mat.
