Description
City Council Installation, St. Joseph, Group Photo, Possibly 1960s.. b/w. Eight men in dark suits & boutonniere standing on either side of podium on porch in front of City Hall. Walter Welsh at podium giving oath of office. dated on back: "1975" but this unlikely since the photo was taken by Lew Shady, who worked up to the 1960s. Also 01.11.4B shows the City Council installation in 1974, with different members. 1975 would not be an installation year.
Except for Walter Welsh the others are unidentified.
