Photo of the building that stood between Edmond & Felix. 3-story stone building, with tall windows, three-domed roof-line with clock tower and flag pole, canopied side on first floor. 1920-style automobiles parked in front at on side. Building stood on Second Street between Edmond and Felix. First floor was used as city market. It was a 3-story Second-Empire style building erected in 1872-1874 and torn down just before World War II. At the time it was build it was regarded as one of the most pretentious buildings in the West. The 1926 City Hall at Eleventh & Frederick replaced it.
