Letter to Huston Wyeth related to City's special ordinance to vacate a portion of Antoine Street between 2nd & 3rd Street to allow Wyeth Hardware to excavate for a foundation for an expansion. The location of the sewer was not precisely known. The Engineer suggests Wyeth go ahead with excavation and when they locate the sewer to contact him and he will do what is possible to accommodate.
