Clay County Probate Court Case Files is a finding aid and compilation of probate Estate Case Files. Records targeted in this project date from 1820 to 1900 withe a small number of cases from 1900 - 1945. All microfilmed case files have been listed in this finding aid. All case files are housed at the Clay County Archives in Woodruff till units. The tills drawer numbers appear in the local box field of this finding aid. This project to microfilm and create a finding aid for the Clay County Probate Estate Case files began in October 2000, as part of a cooperative project between the Genealogical Society of utah and the Missouri State Archives Judicial Records Program.
