Copeland, Abner General Warranty Deed To Woodson, Julia. Julia Woodson was granted for the sum of $1.00 and love and affection the Northeast quarter 1/4 of section 35 in township 57 of range 35 containing 160 acres. Also 52 acres more or less in the Southeast quarter of section 26 in township 57 of range 35 described as follows; Beginning at a point 20 yards East of the Southwest corner on the South line of the Southeast quarter of section 26 township 57 of range 35 thence East 70 rods, thence North 118 6/7 rods to center of lane between Abner Copeland and Huston Dishon thence West 70 rods thence South 118 6/7 to the place of beginning. This all begins at Abner Copeland's death. Dated November 13, 1890, recorded September 20, 1898.
