Both parties are from the County of Buchanan and State of Missouri. John S. Crites sold to Frederick Moser land for the sum of $35 land in Buchanan County land being that part of the southwest quarter of section 2, in township 57 of range 36 beginning at the northeast corner of Felix and Robidoux four acres lot in said tract and running north 6 chains and 32 links thence west 6 chains and 32 links thence south 6 chains and 32 links, thence east to the beginning containing 4 acres formerly owned by Edward J. ? as administrator of James ?
