Phase II Testing of Archaeological Site 23JA361 within the Proposed Adams Dairy Parkway, City of Blue Springs, Jackson County, MissouriDescription
Phase II Testing of Archaeological Site 23JA361 within the proposed Adams Dairy Parkway, City of Blue Springs, Jackson County, Missouri was submitted in fulfillment of a contract between Larkin and Associates, Consulting Engineers, Inc. and the Saint Joseph Museum, Inc.
No diagnostic materials for determining the cultural affiliation of the site were encountered during previous surveys or during the present testing investigations. This upland non-ceramic site proved to be quite shallow in nature and it is doubtful that additional significant cultural information could be obtained with additional excavation. Site 23JA361 does not appear to meet the criteria for nomination to the National Register of Historic Places.
