Cyr's Graded Art Readers, Book Three is a textbook including chapters on artists of the Renaissance period. The author has "written simple stories of the lives of three of these artists, with desciptions of their most wonderful paintings, that the children may learn to know them." The three artists are Raphael, Michael Angelo, and Leonardo da Vinci. There is a word list of proper names with diacritical markings at the end of the book.
