Dale, Stanley I., Scrapbook, May, 1951 - July, 1951 contains newspaper clippings of that period of time during which Mr. Dale was mayor of St. Joseph. Clippings cover many subjects of interest to him including political, historical and personal. Public housing seems to be the major concern in this scrapbook. There are also articles about the Apple Blossom Festival and graduation programs from various schools where Mayor Dale was the featured speaker. The process of microfilming the Gazette Newspaper files at the Central Public Library was begun.
