Davis, John Promissory From Thadious, Benight. September 7, 1849 Thadious Benight Promised to pay six months after date the sum of $50.00 with interest. May 7, 1851 the Buchanan County Court for the sum of $54.50 is allowed on the within demand including interest and is assigned to the fifth class. The amount is assigned to Force Brown on account of C. W. Benight October 7, 1852.
