Framed letter and wooden ruler. Item is a varnished wooden frame with glass front, containing a ruler measuring a foot, and a stained, eged, torn up letter from the "MISSOURI WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION COMMISSION". The ruler is medium tone wood with red and black measuements in inches across the top, text in black reads, " 20th and Frederick Ave. - OZENBERGER'S ICE CREAM - Phone 2-4040". The leter is titled, "NOTICE OF EMPLOYER'S ACCEPTANCE OF LAW", and addresses the employees of Ozenberger's Ice Cream, and is a form letter with several lines to be filled out but no specific information on which law, as only two lines are filled out. Back of picture frame is brown paper with a metal string across the back, two white fuzzy pds on the bottom corners to preventi t damaging the wall. 9.5"x13.5"Collection
