Indenture Between Francis Doyon To Mary M. Boulean, 1852.
from the county of Buchanan State of Missouri. The party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of $325 to him in hand paid by the said party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledge, has granted to the said party of the second part the following land the Northwest quarter of the southeast quarter of section 33 in township 58 in range 35 containing 40 acres: Also the southwest quarter of section 28 in township 27 of range 34 containing 160; also the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter of section 33 in township 58 of range 35 containing forty acres.
