A letter from Tom Matthews, General Manager, KFEQ-TV to Dr. O'Brien, Acting Superintendent State Hospital No. 2, dated January 11, 1967. It is on the TV station's letterhead and is marked received Jan. 12th 1967. Marge Minor's name is handwritten in the upper right hand corner. Dear Dr. O'Brien:
In reply to your letter of January 4th, please be advised that
I am very apologetic for my tardiness in instituting positive
action in the plan to present a series of documentary programs
dealing with State Hospital No. 2.
We are still seeking the qualified production personnel which we
feel will be invaluable to the presentation of such a series, but
anticipate that the problem will be resolved very quickly. I have
discussed your letter with Larry Beauchamp, and I am sure he
will be in touch with you this month to begin work on the first
of the series. We would like to be able to present the first program
in the latter part of March of early in April.
