Dear Mrs. Cossins:
I wish to express my gratitude for the medical equipment you recently
donated to the hospital. Many of the items will be put to use as they
are in excellent condition and some of the older surgical equipment we
intend to place in our psychiatric museum where they will be placed on
display as a reminder of long and faithful service that your late
husband gave to this hospital.
