Description
Surgical Room Scene Photograph, 6 doctors and 4 nurses, unidentified. Doctor in center, front row is probably Dr. O.B. Campbell. Photograph is mounted. Photograph shows doctors surrounding a patient on surgical table. The patient itself is not visible.
There appears to be anesthesiologist at the head of the table, four doctors around the patient, two nurses and another man observing. In the foreground a nurse stands ready at a table supplied with glass cannisters of gauze bandages, pitchers and wash basins. A wash tub in on the floor. Another nurse is attending a pedestal that holds three wash basins. In the upper right corner appears to be a type of lavage with buckets held aloft on poles. The door to the room is open.
