Duncan, Josephine Warranty Deed to Erique Taylor, 1894.
The indenture was made on March 8 with John and Josephine Duncan of Buchanan County and Erique Taylor of the County Bervalillo Territory New Mexico for one dollar and other valuable considerations. The receipt of which is hereby acknowledged does grant, bargain and sell, convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns, the following described lots, tracts or parcels of land, lying, being and situate in the County of Buchanan and State of Missouri all of Lot 2 in Block 72, part of lots 2 and 3 in Block 66, all in Smith's Addition in the city of St. Joseph, Missouri. Lot 8 in Block 109. Lot 14, 15,16, 17 in Block 115 and lots 4 and 5 in Block 119. Lots 8 in Block 120. Also 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9. 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17 in Block 169. Also lots 5, 11 and 14 in Block 110. Also Lots 1, 2, 17 and 18 in Block 125. Also lots 15 in Block 141 and lots 6 and 8 in Block 146. All lots above described in South St. Joseph an addition in the city of St. Joseph, Missouri Buchanan.
The indenture is signed by Josephine and John Duncan.
