Laboratory Training Binder for State Hospital No. 2. 3-ring binder containing weekly reports of absences, inductions into service and termination of male attendants starting January 1,1955 thru October 6,1956.
Each page in the binder gives a list of male attendants & behind each name is a box for each day of the week. At the bottom of each page is a code to indicate the nature of absence & these codes are used to fill in behind the employees name. The reason for the absence is also listed.
